I get these little bouts of creativity - I have to make something, and now. More often than not, it's something software related. In high school it was midi controller projects with pygame and various circuits in logisim (apparently a web app now), and throughout university it was my first website, an SSH server in python, and a start on an operating system.

I used to get this feeling much more frequently, especially when I could still afford Ritalin, but again it's rearing its head in the form of this website, and alongside it this blog.

I've been having to stay home more frequently these days, and it's been hard to stick with the things I enjoy doing with the energy I often have. I've been watching a lot of movies and Columbo recently to fill that time. But writing is something I can do lying down, and as such, I've decided to finally give writing a go for some of the things that live in my head. It probably won't last long, nor be very organised, but it's something I want to give a shot.
